These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Endo Supply NZ website (endosupply.co.nz) and to any order you place with us. Endo Supply NZ is operated by Orry Campbell Coburn (sole trader), NZBN 9429053778222. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering or creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Accounts are personal to you and cannot be transferred.
Products and fitment
We sell motorcycle parts and accessories. Product photos and colours are shown as accurately as possible, but the way an item appears can vary depending on your screen. Because fitment varies between makes, models, and years, please check that a part suits your motorcycle before ordering. If you are unsure, email us your make, model, and year and we will help confirm fitment.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and payment has been received. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a genuine pricing error has occurred. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Your consumer rights
If you buy from us as a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 give you guarantees and rights that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or modifies any right or remedy you have under those Acts.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Endo Supply NZ. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website in any way that is unlawful or harmful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.
Liability
Where you deal with us as a consumer, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 apply and are not affected by this section. Subject to those rights, and to the extent permitted by law, Endo Supply NZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products, and the website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the website if you breach these terms, or use the site in a way that is unlawful or harmful.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site and to orders placed after it is posted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
