Do your prices include GST?

Yes — every price shown includes GST.

How long until my order ships?

We process and dispatch within 1–3 business days; delivery is usually 2–5 business days after that, tracked and free, NZ-wide.

Do you ship outside New Zealand?

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

How do I know a part fits my bike?

Send us your make, model and year before you buy and we'll confirm fitment. A quick message saves a return.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes — unused and in original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies and you cover return shipping. Faulty items are fully covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
