Refund policy

At Endo Supply NZ we want you to be happy with every order. This policy explains your options if something is wrong with your order, and how change-of-mind returns work. It sits alongside your rights under New Zealand consumer law and does not replace them.
Your rights under New Zealand law
Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. These rights apply automatically to goods we sell to consumers and cannot be contracted out of.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described items
If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match its description, or is not fit for a purpose you told us about before buying, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
- Where a fault can be put right, we will repair the item, replace it, or refund it within a reasonable time.
- Where the fault is serious (a failure of a substantial character) or cannot be put right, you can choose between a refund or a replacement.
- We cover the cost of return shipping for any item that arrives faulty, damaged, or was supplied incorrectly.
Refunds for faulty items are made to your original payment method. If your order arrives damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can put it right quickly.
Change-of-mind returns
If you simply change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- unused and in its original condition,
- in its original, undamaged packaging, and
- in resaleable condition.
Change-of-mind returns are a goodwill service we offer in addition to your legal rights, so the following conditions apply:
- A restocking fee of 10% of the item price is deducted from your refund.
- You are responsible for return shipping. Please use a tracked courier service so the parcel can be traced.
- Please choose parts carefully. If you are unsure whether a part fits your motorcycle, email us your make, model, and year before ordering and we will help confirm fitment.
Items that cannot be returned for change of mind include products that have been fitted, used, or altered, and any item that is no longer in resaleable condition.
How to start a return
Email info@endosupply.co.nz with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether the item qualifies and send you return instructions, including the correct return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as this helps us process your return correctly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
