Shipping policy

Endo Supply NZ ships motorcycle parts and accessories throughout New Zealand. This policy explains how long orders take, what shipping costs, and how tracking works.

Where we ship

We ship within New Zealand only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched from New Zealand within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery within New Zealand typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Rural addresses may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, as final delivery is handled by our courier.

Shipping cost

We offer free tracked courier shipping on every order, sent nationwide. All prices shown on our website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Tracking your order

You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking, or your parcel seems delayed, email info@endosupply.co.nz with your order number and we will look into it for you.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us so we can resolve it. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply to every order. For full details on returns and refunds, see our Return and Refund Policy.
